All of our dogs are checked in Europe by our training staff. Once they have been checked and passed our physical, they are brought to a veterinarian where the hips and elbows are x-rayed and the dog’s health is closely examined.
(Once the hips and elbows are x-rayed, they have a less than 5% chance of changing in the dog’s lifetime)
When we receive the dog here in the United States they are examined once more by our local veterinarian. This ensures the dogs good health. In addition to this step we also have an experienced Veterinary Assistant as part of our staff to monitor each dogs nutrition, routine care, and to ensure that all of the necessary vaccinations are kept up to date for every dog. Each and every dog is important to us. Because of this we also have a Dog Massage Therapist on staff to keep each dog in the best condition and ready to work.
All of our dogs have a health guarantee for 12 months from date of delivery, and hips and elbows are guaranteed for 24 months from date of delivery. This is also backed up with a 6 month complete satisfaction guarantee with every dog.
If for some reason your dog develops a health problem within the guarantee time we will replace the dog and cover all shipping.
If for any other reason you would prefer to exchange the dog within the guarantee time, no problem we will ship you another one. You will, however, be responsible for the shipping.
Hip and Elbow Dysplasia
Most of us get attached to our loyal companion very easily. And in the unfortunate case your dog should develop hip or elbow dysplasia you are welcome to keep your dog if you wish as well as receive a replacement.
